Citation and commencement
These Regulations are the Private Security Industry (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Regulations 2026 and come into operation on 2 June 2026.
Amendment of regulation 2
In the Private Security Industry (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2009 (G.N. No. S 171/2009), in regulation 2(b), replace “Private Security Industry (Private Investigation and Security Agencies) Regulations 2009” with “Private Security Industry (Regulated Agencies, Private Investigators and Security Officers) Regulations 2009”.
