Regulation 4

Exempt employers of private investigators

Section 8 of the Act shall not apply to —

(a)

any statutory board in respect of any of its employees referred to in paragraph 3(1)(a); or

(b)

the employer of any private investigator who carries out in the course of his employment the functions of a private investigator in the manner described in paragraph 3(1)(b).
