41. Service of Account Restriction Directions

Account Restriction Direction
“Account Restriction Direction” means a direction issued under section 40;
on the prescribed internet intermediary to whom it is issued; or
prescribed internet intermediary
“prescribed internet intermediary” means an internet intermediary, or a class of internet intermediaries, prescribed by regulations made under section 62;
on a person in Singapore that the prescribed internet intermediary has appointed to accept service on the internet intermediary’s behalf.

“internet intermediary” means a person who provides any internet intermediary service;
