Citation and commencement
This Order is the Public Defenders Act 2022 (Amendment of Schedule) Order 2026 and comes into operation on 1 May 2026.
Amendment of Schedule
In the Public Defenders Act 2022, in the Schedule, in Part 3, replace item 35 with —“35.Tobacco and Vaporisers Control Act 1993 (formerly Tobacco (Control of Advertisements and Sale) Act 1993)”.
