Citation and commencement
This Order is the Public Entertainments Act 1958 (Amendment of Second Schedule) Order 2026 and comes into operation on 1 May 2026.
Amendment of Second Schedule
In the Public Entertainments Act 1958, in the Second Schedule, after Part 6, insert —“Part 6ATobacco and Vaporisers Control Act 19931.Section 10 Prohibition on supply to under‑aged persons2.Section 16 Prohibition of import, sale, possession, etc., of vaporisers and their components3.Section 19C Sale, etc., of Part 3A product containing specified psychoactive substance4.Section 19D Possession and purchase of Part 3A product containing specified psychoactive substance5.Section 19E Consumption of specified psychoactive substance6.Section 19G Offences involving child or young person and Part 3A product containing specified psychoactive substance7.Section 19H Causing or procuring young person or vulnerable person to commit certain offences8.Section 19I Arranging or planning gatherings where Part 3A products containing specified psychoactive substances are to be used, etc.”.
