Citation and commencement
These Regulations are the Public Service (Personnel Boards and Appeals Board) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2026 and come into operation on 1 June 2026.

Citation and commencement
These Regulations are the Public Service (Personnel Boards and Appeals Board) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2026 and come into operation on 1 June 2026.
Amendment of Schedule
In the Public Service (Personnel Boards and Appeals Board) Regulations (Rg 3), in the Schedule —
delete item 2;
renumber items 3, 4 and 5 as items 2, 3 and 4, respectively; and
after item 4 (as renumbered by paragraph (b)), insert —“5.Mr Joseph Leong Weng Keong6.Mr Lai Chung Han”.
