Citation and commencement
These Regulations are the Public Service (Personnel Boards and Appeals Board) (Amendment) Regulations 2026 and come into operation on 1 April 2026.

Citation and commencement
These Regulations are the Public Service (Personnel Boards and Appeals Board) (Amendment) Regulations 2026 and come into operation on 1 April 2026.
Amendment of Schedule
In the Public Service (Personnel Boards and Appeals Board) Regulations (Rg 3), in the Schedule —
in item 1, replace “Mr Leo Yip” with “Mr Chan Heng Kee”;
delete item 2; and
renumber items 3, 4, 5 and 6 as items 2, 3, 4 and 5, respectively.
