Regulation 1

Citation and commencement

This Order is the Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) (Amendment) Order 2026 and, except for paragraph 2(2), comes into operation on 1 April 2026.

This Order is the Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) (Amendment) Order 2026 and, except for paragraph 2(2), comes into operation on 1 April 2026.

Amendment of First Schedule

Subregulation 1

In the Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) Order 2010 (G.N. No. S 824/2010), in the First Schedule —

(a)

in item 1, in the third column, against “Chairman”, replace “Mr Leo Yip” with “Mr Chan Heng Kee”;

(b)

in item 1, in the third column, against “Members”, delete “Mr Chan Heng Kee”;

(c)

in item 2, in the third column, delete “Mr Leo Yip” and “Mr Joseph Leong Weng Keong”;

(d)

in item 2, in the third column, after “Mr Tan Chye Hee”, insert — “Mr Chan Heng Kee Ms Foo Chi Hsia”;

(e)

in item 3, in the third column, delete “Mr Leo Yip”;

(f)

in item 3, in the third column, after “Mr Chan Heng Kee”, insert “Mr Joseph Leong Weng Keong”;

(g)

in item 4, in the third column, after “Mr Kenneth Er Boon Hwee”, insert “Ms Ngiam Siew Ying”;

(h)

in item 5, in the third column, delete “Mr Chan Heng Kee”; and

(i)

in item 5, in the third column, after “Mr Tan Chye Hee”, insert “Mr Joseph Leong Weng Keong”.

Subregulation 2

In the Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) Order 2010, in the First Schedule —

(a)

in item 3, in the third column, delete “Mr Tan Kee Yong”; and

(b)

in item 3 (as amended by sub‑paragraph (1)(f)), in the third column, after “Mr Joseph Leong Weng Keong”, insert “Mr Wong Hong Kuan”.

In the Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) Order 2010 (G.N. No. S 824/2010), in the First Schedule —

(a)
