These Regulations are the Public Transport Council (Street‑hail Common Pricing Schemes) (Amendment) Regulations 2026 and come into operation on 1 June 2026.
Amendment of regulation 11
In the Public Transport Council (Street‑hail Common Pricing Schemes) Regulations 2020 (G.N. No. S 917/2020), in regulation 11 —
in paragraph (a), insert “and” at the end; and
delete paragraphs (b) and (c).
