29. Contribution by landowners towards capital outlay to provide supplies

Feedback & support

In cases where an owner of land proposes to erect thereon buildings for which water, gas and electricity supplies will be needed, whether for domestic or nondomestic purposes, and it is uneconomic for the Board to provide such supplies, the Board may require the owner to make such contribution towards the capital outlay necessary to provide those supplies as may be estimated by the Board and agreed by the owner.
