36. Board in executing works to provide convenient ways, etc.

The Board in executing any works directed or authorised to be made shall provide and make a sufficient number of convenient ways, watercourses, drains and channels in the place of such as are interrupted, damaged or rendered useless by reason of the execution of the works.

“Board” means the Public Utilities Board established under the Public Utilities Act in force before 1st October 1995 and continued by section 3;

The Board shall make reasonable compensation to any person who suffers damage by reason of the same, the amount of the compensation in case of dispute to be ascertained and determined in the manner provided by section 125.
