33. Certification by consignor
Feedback & supportThe consignor shall include in the transport documents a declaration certifying that the contents of the consignment are described by the proper shipping name, are properly classified, packaged, marked and labelled in accordance with these Regulations, and are in proper condition for transport.
The declaration made under paragraph (1) shall —
contain the original or stamped facsimile signature of the consignor or his duly authorised agents together with the date; and
be made on the documents referred to in regulation 32.
Subregulation 1
The consignor shall include in the transport documents a declaration certifying that the contents of the consignment are described by the proper shipping name, are properly classified, packaged, marked and labelled in accordance with these Regulations, and are in proper condition for transport.
Subregulation 2
The declaration made under paragraph (1) shall —

be made on the documents referred to in regulation 32.
