91. Apprehension of offenders
Feedback & supportAny person who is guilty of any offence under this Act may be lawfully apprehended without any warrant or written authority by any railway official, or by any other person whom such railway official calls to his aid, or by any police officer, and any person so apprehended shall with all convenient despatch be taken before a Magistrate’s Court.
