94. Recovery of money due, damages and expenses

In every case in which any person is liable under this Act to pay any sum of money, damages or expenses, and the same are not paid on demand, such money, damages or expenses shall, if application by or on behalf of the person entitled thereto is made in that behalf to a Magistrate’s Court, be levied and recovered in the same manner as any penalties under this Act and, if necessary, the amount thereof shall be fixed and assessed by the Court to which the application is made.
