Regulation 66

A request by a person (including an agent of a person) to change the name or other particular of the person in the Register or any application or document given or sent to or filed with the Registrar must be made in Form CM2.

If the Registrar is satisfied that a request in paragraph (1) may be allowed, the Registrar must cause the Register, application or other document to be updated accordingly.
