Transhipment of goods in accordance with permit

Subregulation 1
The agent of the first carrier vessel or aircraft shall, within 17 days of the arrival of the first carrier vessel or aircraft, deliver to the Director-General the transhipment permit together with such other documents as the Director-General may require.

On the transhipment of the goods, the agent of the first carrier vessel or aircraft shall forthwith deliver a copy of the transhipment permit to the agent of the second carrier vessel or aircraft who shall, within 14 days of the departure of the second carrier vessel or aircraft, deliver the same to the Director-General together with such other documents as the Director-General may require.
