Goods imported without approval of competent authority
Subregulation 1
Where any controlled imports have been imported without the requisite approval of the competent authority, such goods shall be re-exported or disposed of within such time and in a manner determined by the authority.
Subregulation 2
Where any goods are required to be re-exported under paragraph (1), the importer shall re-export the goods within the period specified by the competent authority and satisfactory evidence of such re-export shall be produced to the competent authority within 7 days of such re-export.
Subregulation 3
Any person who contravenes this regulation shall be guilty of an offence.
