Definitions of this Part
In this Part —“authorised organisation” means an organisation specified in the Fifth Schedule;“certificate of origin” means a preferential certificate of origin or a non-preferential certificate of origin;“issuing authority”, in relation to a certificate of origin, means the Director-General or the authorised organisation to which an application is made for the issue of the certificate of origin;“non-preferential certificate of origin” means a certificate of origin which does not confer any tariff benefit for the exports to which it relates;“preferential certificate of origin” means a certificate of origin which confers a tariff benefit for the exports to which it relates and includes a Commonwealth Preference Certificate.
