Regulation 29

Handling of import certificate

An importer to whom an import certificate has been issued shall —

(a)

forward the original import certificate to the foreign exporter of the goods;

(b)

import all the goods in respect of which the import certificate is issued before the expiry of the validity period or any extension thereof; and

(c)

state the import certificate number in the application for an import permit under regulation 4.
