Regulation 31

Prohibited acts in relation to import certificates

Except in accordance with a written approval from the Director-General, no person to whom an import certificate has been issued shall —

(a)

import any goods for which an import certificate has been issued under this Part, or cause or permit such goods to be imported, into any country other than Singapore;

(b)

dispose of such goods before they have been imported into Singapore; or

(c)

export such goods or cause or permit them to be exported from Singapore after they have been imported into Singapore.

Subregulation 2

Any person who contravenes this regulation shall be guilty of an offence.
