Regulation 30

Where after the issue of an import certificate under this Part, a change occurs in any information or undertaking furnished in relation to an application for the import certificate, the importer shall forthwith notify the Director-General in writing of the particulars of the change.

Where any goods have been imported in accordance with an import certificate issued under this Part, the end-user shall, if any change occurs in his name or address, inform the Director-General in writing within 14 days of such change.

Any person who contravenes this regulation shall be guilty of an offence.
