Issue of other certificates
Subregulation 1
The Director-General may, on the application of any person, issue any certificate or licence pertaining to any goods exported out of Singapore that is required in the country of import, including the Generalised System of Preferences (GSP) certificate, the ASEAN Trade in Goods Agreement (ATIGA) certificate, the Global System of Trade Preferences (GSTP) certificate and import licence.
Subregulation 2
The applicant shall provide the Director-General with all information and assistance that is necessary for determining whether the certificate or licence may be issued under this regulation.
Subregulation 3
The certificate or licence shall be issued by the Director-General under this regulation if the goods in question meet the necessary criteria for the issuance of the certificate or licence.
