Applications to be accompanied by fees
Subregulation 1
An application made under these Regulations shall be accompanied by such fees as may be prescribed.
Subregulation 2
The grant or issuance of a permit, certificate or any form of approval under these Regulations shall be subject to such fees as may be prescribed.
