Regulation 40

Furnishing of documents

Subregulation 1

Where —

(a)

an application under these Regulations is to be made in a manner determined by the Director-General; or

(b)

any other document is required to be submitted to the Director-General or any other party in a manner required by the Director-General,the Director-General may determine or require such application or document be made or submitted by electronic notice or any other manner as the Director-General thinks fit.

Where a person is required under these Regulations to furnish a document, the Director-General may require that person to furnish such number of copies of the document as the Director-General may determine together with the original of the document.
