Furnishing of information
Subregulation 1
No person shall, in relation to any application under these Regulations, knowingly or recklessly —
make a statement that is false or misleading in a material particular; or
give the Director-General or the issuing authority considering the application, any document containing information that is false or misleading in a material particular without —
indicating to that body that the document is false or misleading and the respect in which the document is false or misleading; and
providing correct information to the body if the person has, or can reasonably obtain, the correct information.
Subregulation 2
No person shall intentionally alter, suppress or destroy any document which he is required to submit under these Regulations.
Subregulation 3
Any person who contravenes this regulation shall be guilty of an offence.
