3. Exemption

The following persons are exempt from collecting a deposit under section 23Q of the Act in relation to any beverage product that is supplied in the specified event venue during the period starting on 8 October 2026 and ending on and including 12 October 2026:

the event organiser; (b)any person who is permitted by the event organiser to supply a beverage product at a stall in the specified event venue.
