This Notification is the Retirement and Re‑employment (Prescribed Minimum Retirement Age) Notification 2026 and comes into operation on 1 July 2026.
Prescribed minimum retirement age
The prescribed minimum retirement age for employees who attain 63 years of age on or after 1 July 2026 is 64 years of age.
Revocation
Revoke the Retirement and Re‑employment (Prescribed Minimum Retirement Age) Notification 2022 (G.N. No. S 546/2022).
