Part II of the principal Act is amended by inserting, immediately above section 35, the following Division heading and section:“Division 1 — Driving of motor vehicles except test‑needed‑to‑ride‑on‑road vehiclesApplication of Division34F. This Division does not apply to or in relation to the riding of any test‑needed‑to‑ride‑on‑road vehicle on any road.”.
