Amendment of section 83
Section 83 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “132 or” wherever they appear in subsections (1)(a) and (3)(a); and
(b)
by deleting the words “, as the case may be,” in subsections (1)(a) and (3)(a)(i).
