33C. Re-registration of petrol-electric cars or diesel-electric cars as electric cars
Feedback & supportUpon the application by the owner of a petrol‑electric car or a diesel-electric car in the form determined by the Registrar, the Registrar may, if satisfied that the petrol-electric car or the diesel‑electric car has been converted into an electric car, re‑register the petrol‑electric car or the diesel-electric car as an electric car.
In granting an application under paragraph (1), the Registrar may impose such conditions as he thinks fit.
Subregulation 1
Upon the application by the owner of a petrol‑electric car or a diesel-electric car in the form determined by the Registrar, the Registrar may, if satisfied that the petrol-electric car or the diesel‑electric car has been converted into an electric car, re‑register the petrol‑electric car or the diesel-electric car as an electric car.
Subregulation 2
In granting an application under paragraph (1), the Registrar may impose such conditions as he thinks fit.
