Subregulation 1
The ratio of school pupils to adults conveyed in a school bus shall be 3:2.
Subregulation 2
A child above 12 years of age shall be deemed to be an adult for the purposes of this rule.
Subregulation 3
Notwithstanding paragraph (1), a school bus may carry such number of pupils as the Registrar may determine.
