Regulation 47
The holder of a school bus licence shall ensure that there shall be on board his school bus a conductor who holds a vocational licence while the school bus is used in conveying for the purpose of gain —
(a)
children enrolled in any child care centre or kindergarten; or
(b)
any other school children where the school bus licence authorises the holder thereof to use his school bus to carry more than 30 children.
