Agreement on facts and law (O. 9, r. 18)
Subregulation 1
The Court must direct the parties to agree on as many material facts as possible and to set them out in an agreed statement of facts at as early a stage as possible.
Subregulation 2
Where admissions of fact are made by a party in the party’s pleadings or other documents, the Court may, on application made orally or in writing, give judgment on those admissions.
Subregulation 3
The parties may also agree on material questions of law and to waive or limit their right of appeal.
