Regulation 21

The parties are to inform the Court during the case conference if they intend to rely on expert evidence.

If one or more parties intend to rely on expert evidence, the Court must consider the matters set out in Order 12.

The Court may appoint one or more assessors upon application by any party or on its own accord and give directions on the role and the remuneration of the assessors.
