Section 18
The management of the Corporation and of the property and affairs thereof shall be vested in a Board of Management (hereinafter called “the Board”) consisting of the President, the Vice‑President, the Treasurer, 8 nominated members, 2 professional members and at least 7 but not more than 15 elective members.
