Section 30

The Board may at any time and shall on a requisition signed by not less than 10 members of the Corporation stating the objects of such requisition summon a special meeting of the members of the Corporation to be held not less than 3 weeks and not later than 6 weeks after the receipt of such requisition. If they neglect to do so within 14 days after the receipt of any such requisition, the requisitionists may summon such meeting. The notice convening the meeting shall specify the particular matter or matters to be discussed.
