Section 11

Any person who without authority opens, alters, breaks, removes or erases any mark, fastening or seal placed by any officer in pursuance of this Act upon any drug or upon any package, place, door or opening containing or affording access to any drug, shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $500.
