3. Appointment of analysts and officers

(1)
The Chief Executive of the Authority may appoint a sufficient number of analysts and officers under this Act and make rules for the conduct of their duties.
(2)
Such analysts and officers shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of the Penal Code 1871.
