A notification of the name and occupation of any person who has been convicted of any offence under this Act together with that person’s place or places of business, the nature of the offence and the fine, forfeiture or other penalty inflicted must, if the court so orders, be published by the Director‑General in the Gazette or any newspaper circulating in Singapore.
