This Ordinance may be cited as the Seamen’s Registry Board (Amendment) Ordinance 1963, and shall come into operation on such date as the Minister may by notification in the Gazette appoint.

Amendment of section 4

Section 4 of the Seamen’s Registry Board Ordinance, 1957, is hereby amended by deleting paragraph (d) thereof and substituting therefor the following: —“(d)to establish and maintain a roster or rosters of registered seamen requiring employment and to subdivide such roster or rosters into such categories as it may consider necessary;”.
