3. Appointment of Licensing Officer and Assistant Licensing Officers

(1)
The Minister may appoint —
(a)
a Licensing Officer for the purposes of this Act; and
(b)
such number of Assistant Licensing Officers as may be necessary.
(2)
An appointment under subsection (1) must be published in the Gazette.
