6. Form and validity of licence

(a)
be in such form as the Licensing Officer determines;

“Licensing Officer” means the Licensing Officer appointed under section 3 and includes an Assistant Licensing Officer;
(b)
contain the conditions subject to which it is issued; and
(c)
be valid for such period as may be specified in the licence.
