Section 123ZN
Obligation to maintain proper records
(1)
Every authorised benchmark submitter, exempt benchmark submitter and designated benchmark submitter must maintain a record of the following in respect of a designated benchmark:
all information or expressions of opinion which the authorised benchmark submitter, exempt benchmark submitter or designated benchmark submitter (as the case may be) provides to any authorised benchmark administrator or exempt benchmark administrator;
the basis of the information or the rationale of the expressions of opinion referred to in paragraph (a);
such other matters as the Authority may prescribe by regulations made under section 123ZZA.
(2)
The records mentioned in subsection (1) must be kept for such period, and in such form and manner, as may be prescribed by regulations made under section 123ZZA.
