Section 284C

The Authority may, if it thinks it necessary in the interests of the public or a section of the public or for the protection of investors, by regulations modify or adapt the provisions of this Division in their application to such offer of units in a collective investment scheme as may be prescribed, and the provisions of this Division apply to such offer subject to such modifications or adaptations.
