28. Penalty
Feedback & supportAny person who contravenes regulation 5, 6, 11(3) or (5), 12(2) or (4), 13(2), 14, 16(1) or (2), 17(1) or (2), 18(1) or (2), 19(2), (4) or (5)(c) or (d) or 24(1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $5,000.
