Regulation 40
Transmission and storage of user information
Subregulation 1
A recognised clearing house shall take all reasonable measures to maintain the integrity and security of the transmission and storage of its user information.
Subregulation 2
A recognised clearing house shall immediately notify the Authority of —
(a)
any compromise of the integrity or security of the transmission or storage of any user information of the recognised clearing house; and
(b)
any action taken or intended to be taken to restore the integrity and security of the transmission and storage of that user information.
