43. Application of this Division
Feedback & supportThis Division shall apply to every recognised clearing house —
(a)
which is a Singapore corporation;
(b)
with or to which money or assets are deposited or paid by its members in respect of or in relation to the contracts of the customers of those members; and
(c)
which holds such money or assets in the course of its clearing or settlement activities.
