Authorisation to be submitted
Subregulation 1
Where any document lodged with the Authority under Division 2 of Part 13 of the Act or any statement referred to in regulation 17(2)(b) is signed —
in a case where the person making the offer is an individual, by a person authorised in writing by the individual; or
in a case where the person making the offer is an entity, by a person authorised in writing by a director or an equivalent person, or a proposed director or an equivalent person, of the entity,a true and complete electronic image of the authorisation shall be submitted to the Authority, together with the document lodged with the Authority or statement, as the case may be.
Subregulation 2
The electronic image of the authorisation under paragraph (1) shall comply with the requirements of regulation 16(3).
