32A. Prescribed manner of notice

For the purposes of section 295A(1) of the Act, a notice given by a transferee to a dissenting participant of the subject trust that the transferee desires to acquire his units shall be in Form 7, and shall —

be delivered to the dissenting participant personally; or

be left at or sent by prepaid post to the address of the dissenting participant shown in the register of participants in the subject trust referred to in regulation 7(1)(e).

For the purposes of section 295A(4)(a) of the Act, a notice given by a transferee to a participant of the subject trust who has not assented to the arrangement or contract shall be in Form 8, and shall —

be delivered to the participant personally; or

be left at or sent by prepaid post to the address of the participant shown in the register of participants in the subject trust referred to in regulation 7(1)(e).

For the purposes of section 295A(1) of the Act, a notice given by a transferee to a dissenting participant of the subject trust that the transferee desires to acquire his units shall be in Form 7, and shall —

be delivered to the participant personally; or

be left at or sent by prepaid post to the address of the participant shown in the register of participants in the subject trust referred to in regulation 7(1)(e).
