This Order is the Securities and Futures (Recognised Securities Exchange) (Amendment) Order 2026 and comes into operation on 26 June 2026.
Amendment of Schedule
In the Securities and Futures (Recognised Securities Exchange) Order 2018 (G.N. No. S 643/2018), in the Schedule, after item 11, insert —“11A.Shanghai Stock Exchange.11B.Shenzhen Stock Exchange.”.
